This policy applies strictly to physical merchandise purchases made from the official FoodExpress Webstore.

📦 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Shipping Instructions:

  • Authorized Returns Only: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Address: Approved returns must be mailed to the following address:

  • Shipping Labels: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

❌ Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom Products: Special orders, custom apparel, or personalized items.

  • Perishable Goods: Food, snacks, flowers, or plants.

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty products, cosmetics, or hygiene items.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

🔎 Damages, Issues, & Exchanges

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away via a Discord support ticket (https://discord.gg/xwxwNxzr5E) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is formally accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

🌍 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the terms above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As noted above, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account.

  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please open a support ticket on our Discord server (https://discord.gg/xwxwNxzr5E) to alert management.
