FoodExpress Webstore Shipping Policy

This policy applies strictly to physical merchandise purchases made from the official FoodExpress Webstore.

⚙️ Made-to-Order & Manufacturing Time

Every piece of merchandise on our store is custom-made to order just for you. Because items are manufactured individually upon purchase, please allow up to 14 days of manufacturing time before your order ships out.

The exact timeline depends entirely on the type of item ordered. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your items are crafted to the highest quality.

📦 Shipping & Tracking

Once your item has finished manufacturing and passes quality check, it will be packaged and handed off to our shipping carriers.

  • Tracking Numbers: As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated notification containing your tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping transit times calculated at checkout apply after the manufacturing phase is complete.

📍 Address Accuracy & Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing details at checkout. FoodExpress is not responsible for items lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to incorrect address entry.

If you notice a typo or mistake in your shipping address after placing an order, contact management immediately via a Support Ticket in our Discord server (https://discord.gg/xwxwNxzr5E) before the item enters production. Once an item has shipped, the address cannot be altered.

🌐 International Shipping & Customs

We ship to a variety of locations globally. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees once the package arrives in your destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. FoodExpress has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

📬 Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact Joeyxpk right away by opening a Support Ticket inside the official FoodExpress Discord server:
